incomplete program menue

recantly when i click on all programs, i only get about 7 / missing are all
the programs that i had / i tried restore and reboot but still nothing / any
help would be appreciated / thanks:
 
Hi Tracy,
Do the following Start the PC in Save Mode with Prompt Command and then type
the following;
%systemroot%\system32\restore\rstrui.exe
this will invoke the system restore.
please let me know if does work.

hi Nass, thanks for the help but that did not cure the problem, it brought me
to restoere which i did but to no avail/ u mentioned going to the SAVE mode
but i used SAFE mode as i couldnt find SAVE mode
