incomplete download of xp new version

Can someone help resolving a download problem, I downloaded the new explorer
7 and I can't complete it. There is always a message showing three stuff (
phishing something, choice of language and something else ) anytime I try to
confirm my activation there is a n error showing so that I can't access the
explorer home page , I have always thoses three items and it's stuck on it
and if I want my home page I have to go on the taskbar to open it, well, I
don't know if made myself clear... well, if you can help I would be really
the happiest man on earth.

Go to Start > Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs > click remove or
uninstall or whatever on Internet Explorer 7. To get to the point Internet
explorer 7 is still in it's Beta stage which means the testing stage. It is
not ready for the masses and should only be used by people testing the
product for development purposes. So by uninstalling it it will resort back
to Internet Explorer 6 and you will be off and running. Good Luck.
