Incomplete Boot-Up

My HP starts to boot up.I get the XP Home Splash page for
a few seconds, and then it automatically reboots. I tried
Safe Mode but it still reboots in the middle of loading XP.

HP in India gave me things to try, including cleaning the
dust out of the computer, but nothing works.

Aby suggestions? How do I break into the XP loading, so I
can see what its trying to load?
