Incoming SPAM emails

How do I highlight all incoming spam emails at the same time to send them to block senders? We have office 2003. In 2000 we could highlight all and send them to junk email, in 2003 we cannot. I have gone rounds with MSN support to get an answer but no one seems to be able to understand my question. I have poised my question to others in the office and they are able to understand it although their computer skills differ from mine so they have no answer either. Thank you. Becky

In Outlook 2003, when you right click on the email, do you have a menu item
for Junk Mail? If so, placing you cursor on the menu item will bring up a
new menu with the block senders option.

If you do not have the Junk Mail menu item, try Outlook 2003, Help, Detect
and Repair or post to a Outlook newsgroup.
