Incoming Server

I'm working with Microsoft Outlook 2003 XP. My ISP is with Comcast. My
incoming server is rejecting my incoming mail. It says that it does not
recognize my user or login password. I've tried everything. Changed the
Name, changed the password. Ready to give up. I've contacted Comcast with
no luck.

Has comcast confirmed your user/pswd? I have comcast as well.
How do you have it set up? Did you use to get msgs before?

Joel, thanks for your post. When i go in under Tools to Email, I put my
information in again to confirm it, it still doesn't work. I used to get
mail with outlook and was very happy with it. It is set up with the Network
Password. I think that's the problem. All of a sudden it is not recognizing
my user or login. I can send, but not receive.
I'll try working with this again tomorrow. Thanks, again

What does Comcast have to say?
Can you log into your POP account at www.mail2web.com using the username &
password you use?
