incoming phone call notification

I have Windows Professional 2000 on a Dell Latitude
Laptop. At one time a screen would pop up notifying me
when I had an incoming phone call and I had the choice of
answering or ignoring. This was something that came with
the computer and was not purchased extra. Now it is not
popping up and I don't know how to get it back. Does
anyone know how? Thanks

I have never seen this option in win2k, this is probably some software that
was preloaded on your machine from Dell.

The best thing to do is to contact Dell to see if they can assist with
getting this option back.
