Outlook 2003 receives e-mail with no message. Everything above the message
box is there, and they are from legitimate correspondents, but there is a
blank where the actual message should be. Not all incoming messages are
affected. Is there some setting that I can change to correct this problem?

I am having the same problem, with a particular individual. It is someone at
my workplace, and I receive complete messages from others at work, but hers
always come in blank. Anyone have any suggestions?

After removing Outlook from my computer and installing it again, I think the
problem is solved. I suspect that there was a conflict between my
stand-alone version of 2003 and the 2000 version that is part of Office 2000.

Scott, could your problem be with the format your correspondent is using to
send messages?

I seriously don't think my problem is a conflict. I know that I don't have
another version of Office on the partition that Outlook 2003 is running on.
(There may be an earlier version of Outlook on a different partition running
ME).

Is there any chance Outlook would be conflicting with Outlook Express?

I don't know what format the sender is using on her e-mails - I'd have to
ask her.

Thanks Diddy - I just disabled my AVG and sent myself a test which I can
finally see. BTW I am using the Beta Office 2007 never had the problem with
outlook 2002
