Somehow I set my incoming office email to auto forward to my home email. What
do I do to stop this. Right now my incoming mailbox at the office is always
empty.

Have you created a rule that forwards your incoming mails?

empty.

Forwarding doesn't mean that the original mail will be deleted.

I do not have a rule set up. I am able to read my emails at my forwarded email address. I am baffled. I have tried everything I know to correct this issue.

check the Out Of Office settings as well.

Then server side rules if you have Exchange.
