incoming emails disappear after 1 minute in Inbox

I have Outlook configured to an Exchange Server. Any email that is delivered
to my Inbox gets deleted after 1 minute. I do not even see it in the deleted
folder. There are no rules/filters enabled or set. Any ideas?

Do you have the Reading Pane enabled? If so, what's in Tools>Options>Other
Readong Pane as the time value for marking a message read? What does
View>Arrange By>Current View have checked? Don't have those settings
exactly? You'd better state your Outlook version, then.
 
do you have a pst set up as the default delivery location on another
computer and have outlook open on it?
