incoming e-mail

MS Outlook using Comcast -- I have followed MS Outlook e-
mail set and Comcast instructions for setting up
additional e-mail accounts. However, this new account
does not receive incoming messages. I have no problem
sending messages from this account.

My original MS Outlook account using Comcast (established
March 2002 [above]) works just fine!

Please advise as to how to resolve this problem.

btw, the operating system is MS XP Professional = hanif
 
What version of Outlook do you have? Are you getting any error messages
when you try to receive on the new account?
