Incoming call turns computer on

I am running Windows XP and when the computer is turned
of and I receive an incoming phone call the computer
automaticlly starts up.

How do I change this setting?

Check BIOS settings documentation for "wake on..."

To enter the BIOS settings screen, press <del> when the PC first starts to
boot...
or whatever key the screen indicates should be pressed.
 
Open Device Manager
ie start>Control Panel>System>Hardware>Device Manager
Click on "+" by modems
Right-click on your modem > Properties>Power Management> Uncheck "Allow this
device to bring the computer out of standby"
