Windows mail is not keeping my sent mail messages in the Sent items box. I
have checked tools and options and my box indicating 'keep a copy of sent
messages' is ticked. Any suggestions?
 
Make sure the 'current view' for the Sent Items folder is set
for "Show All Messages" rather than "Hide Read Messages".

Do the missing messages in fact get sent, or are they piling up
in the Outbox folder? Which antivirus are you running?
