I would like to define a rule that directs ALL email arriving to a praticular
inbox to another folder ... Is this possible? I tried a few variations - but
nothing appears to work?

thx,

Explain what you tried, on what version of Outlook and what mail accounts
types you are using.

Tips of the month:
-Properly back-up and restore your Outlook data
-Creating a Permanent New Mail Desktop Alert in Outlook 2003

Roady,

Apologies for the delay ...
Outlined below are details:
Outlook = Outlook 2003
Mail Accounts = AOL IMAP
What I tried = I have created a rule to move all emails entering my inbox
into a 'Saved' folder. I have specified that all emails that have my name in
the 'To' or 'cc' list be moved and/or all emails that do not have my name on
the 'To' list be moved. I figured this should cover all scenarios?

In any case it doesn't appear to work :(
Any help would be much appreciated ....

Automatic rules won't work on IMAP folders.
