My inbox has the problem noted elsewhere which says no items in this view but
the folder indicates otherwise. I have removed Norton 360 - no change. The
view setting is as suggested by others. I have loaded windows live onecare -
no change.
I have managed to export messages and import them into another folder but
this is not ideal. Has anyone found a way of sorting this?

Did you uninstall the Norton program, instead of just disabling it or
deleting
shortcuts to it? If not, try this.

Did you run this cleanup program to handle what the Norton uninstall left
behind?

If not, try that. Also, you may need to remove your email account under
Windows Mail, then restart Windows Mail and add the account again.

Also, try clicking on the Inbox, then View, then Current View, then Show
All Messages and see if that makes more messages show up.
