inaccessible regedit

After loading new NAV2005, wasn't able to access regedit. Error msg as follows:

C:\windows\system32\autoexec.NT
The sf is not suitable for running MSdos and MS applications. click
'close'to terminate the application.

Dunno what's the problem! Appreciate any assistance.

Are you sure the system is clean? I seem to remember Bagel blocked access to
regedit and many other functions.
