You can select the entire text (Ctrl-A) and cycle through the
alternatives under Change Case (the Aaa button on the toolbar). But I
_think_ the "sentence capitalization" only works if you've selected
only one complete sentence.
Sentence capitalization works on any amount of text but is based on Word's
concept of a sentence (which is the text between terminal punctuation),
which means that you may get caps after periods in the middle of sentences.
