I need to know what is displayed on the command line by the commands "set"
and "ver", under Win Vista, for programming some batches :
Could someone has an access to a Win Vista (Beta 1, or WinHEC 2004) System,
and do the simple following :
- open a DOS Box.
- type : set > set.txt
- type : ver > ver.txt
- type : notepad set.txt
- return to the DOS Box
- type : notepad ver.txt
- close the DOS Box
- copy all the texts in the both notepad windows
- paste the 2 texts in this group, as a reply to my post.
- close all windows.
Thanks a lot.
