In Outlook - My Tools menu does not have an "Out of Office Wizard.

How can I set up an out of office reply when my tools menu doesn't have the
wizard which is what Outlook Help tells me to use?
 
What version of Outlook are you using and/or do you connect to a Microsoft
Exchange server via the Exchange transport? (The command isn't supported
for IMAP/POP3/SMTP users.)
 
how can i tell what version. and yes i do am a POP3 user but i see other
people in my company using it.
