In microsoft word, I insert word art but when on the page I can no

I insert word art but when my word is on the page I can not dragg it around,
any help would much appreciated
 
You have it inserted in-line, which means it behaves like a giant font
character. In order to 'drag it around' you need to change its layout
property to something other than in-line.
