In Major Need of help/Losing all hope

Ok so yesterday i was testing out some stuff in the controll panel/files when
i seem to have changed the commands for all my file folders so now i cannot
open them so i cheked the commands to see it had been replaced with search so
i tryed to get the open command back but it wasent listed so i resorted to
system restore i tried many dates but on each one it gave me unable to
restore to this date so now im stuck please help!?!?
 
At this point I feel you should bring your computer to a professional
technician.

a folder
