In Hotel, Can Receive BUT Can Not Send out, Why ? need help !!!

Ask the Ramada Inn if they have a dedicated outbound smtp server to use,
perhaps.
 
you may need to authenticate with the server. (I'm stuck in a Ramada too and
it's working for me but my SMTP requires authentication)
