In Excel is there a way to draw a circle, oval, free hand line etc.
around a group of numbers (cells) so that the numbers (contents of
cells) remain visible? Much line using the "Outside Borders" command?

Thanks

Using the drawing toolbar, select the oval icon and draw
the oval over the numbers required. Format the autoshape,
Colors and Lines, Fill color to No Fill.
