In Excel, can I get a cell to automatically change fill colour dependent on
the number within it?

For example can a cell with a number range of between 20-25 be filled in red
and a cell with 26-30 be yellow?

I run a weight class and want to be able to show automatically by colour if
someone is under, at or over their BMI etc.
