In a form in Word, how do I link different fill-in boxes?

I created a form which has to be printed out 3 times for three different
persons. So I copied in the same document the form 3 times, each time with a
different adressee. But now: how do I create a link between the different
fill-out boxes, so that if you fill out the first form it copies the text
automatically at the same place in the next page?
