importing

Hello, I am trying to import a file that is full of email
that I saved before reinstalling Outlook 2000. I saved
the files as a .com.iaf file. when going into tool,
account setting to import I keep getting the message that
the import did not complete because an acct. already has
that name. Is there a way to resolve. Thanks,

You didn't save email that way. The file you think is full of mail is not.
an IAF file is an Internet Account save file generated by Outlook Express,
not Outlook 2000. It contains no mail, but the account settings of OE.

import the IAF file back to outlook express after
reloading my computer. The message said the import did

Then you need to ask in an Outlook Express newsgroup.
