Importing Outlook files into Outlook Express

I am unable to import outlook messages from my old
mailbox on another computer into Outlook Express on my
new pc, although I follow the directions and model
screens in help. The files do not import. Does anyone
have a fix? Thanks

You need to have Outlook on the new computer in order to import the
..pst file into it.

If you do not, as a work around, you could import the Outlook data
into Outlook Express on the old computer. Then, you can transfer the
Outlook Express data into Outlook Express on the new computer.
