importing outlook files into outlook express

I recently downloaded all my outlook files from my work computer onto a
memory stick. Uploaded these files on the desktop of my home computer, which
has outlook express. I can't figure out how to import them into outlook
express. The only instruction I see asks me which mail program I'm importing
from....when, in fact, I'm trying to import from the desktop.

No longer have access to work computer.

Any help would be appreciated.
