Hi,
I have a user who lost power in their office, and somehow when their machine
rebooted, it created a new outlook.pst file on their desktop. She has used
it that way for about 4 weeks, not noticing that her old e-mails and sent
items were gone. Can I change her back to pointing to her old outlook.pst,
and import her "new" outlook.pst file into the old one, so she has all of her
old e-mails, sent items, and contacts and have her newer e-mails and sent
items as well? Does the import function work for this?
Thanks,
Mike
