I have OE 5.5 on my old 98 PC and now have Outlook 2002 on my new PC. I have been able to network these two machines via my router. How do I get the import capability to look at the hard drive on my old PC? When I use the import/ export capability, it only seems to look to look for OE on the local drive.

You need to import your mail into Outlook Express on the new PC before you
can export to Outlook.
