Ok I know how to do it, but it does not transfer all information. How do I
import everything in OE into Outlook? Things like personal information,
birthday, spouse name etc..

Thanks

Try exporting to a .csv and then import that into Outlook.

Tried that but it doesn't give me anything on the "Personal" tab of the
individual.

Have you tried importing from Outlook? File>Import and Export>Import
Internet Mail and Addresses>Next. Select Outlook Express. Uncheck all but
"Import Address Book". Click Next. Select duplicate handling and click
Finish.

Problem is I'm trying to do it from one machine to another. I do not have a
machine that has both Outlook and OE installed on it.

Does this mean you uninstalled OE, from this sys? (the sys that also has OL)

Since all machines have Outlook Express in them (it's bundled with the O/S
and Internet Explorer), if you have any machines with Outlook on them, you
also have Outlook Express on that machine. See
http://insideoe.tomsterdam.com/ for information on how to transfer your OE
data to the machine with Outlook in it and then use the method I described
to import it to Outlook.
