Importing Mini-Disc Tracks to PC

I have a none USB Sony Mini-Disc player. I want to import tracks to my PC
then convert the file to my i-tunes. Can any one suggest how this can be done.

If it has a line-out (not headset plug or speaker plug) you can connect it to
