importing microsoft outlook files

I've changed laptop and need to transfer
mail/contacts/calendar/etc from old to new PC. They tell
me *.pst is the solution, BUT it will displace (erase)
newly recieved email on new PC!

HOW DO I IMPORT - INTEGRATE - OLD FILES INTO NEW ONES (

If you do File-Import, Outlook will import the old pst INTO the new one,
ie Outlook will combine the two. But take a backup first, just to be on
the safe side!
