Importing Messages

Hi
Sorry if this has been covered before - I've had a quick look and cant see
it.

My question is how do you import messages from a specified folder in outlook
express? I have a folder with several hundred messages in outlook express
that I want to import into outlook.

Go to Outlook/Inbox
In the menu bar, click File/Import and Export.
Select Import Internet Mail and Addresses.
Next screen, uncheck Internet addresses if you do not want to import them.
Click Next
Close Window.
Your messages sould be in your Outlook Inbox.

Use Outlook Express to export the messages into Outlook. That way, you won't
lose any dates, etc.
