importing favorites

i am fairly new to the computer age and have what is
hopefully a simple question. i am soon to change internet
service providers and do not want to loss my favorites.
can someone please advise how i may transfer my aol
favorites to internet explorer? if that is possible,
maybe that someone may also explain how to transfer my e-
mail filing cabinet to outlook express. any assistance
that can be provided would be most appreciated. thank you
in advance.
