Importing Exporting Citations in word 2007

I resently got a new laptop and was wondering is there any way to import my
master citation list form my desktop word. So that I can use the same
citations on my laptop with out haveing to re enter them all over again.

Yes. You can just copy the master list between machines. Its a simple
xml file. Normally the file is called "sources.xml" and located in the
"%AppData%\Microsoft\Bibliography" directory.

If by any chance you are not able to find the file, or you have
already entered some sources on your new computer, you can merge the
two lists using the following trick: on computer 1, open Word, go to
Manage Sources and copy all sources to the current document. Save the
document. Now copy the document to computer 2 and reverse the process.
