Importing Excel list into email program?

Hi,

I was just wondering about a way to import a list with
email addresses used for my work into a big email? It's
an opt-in mailing list.

How do I do that in Excel?

Assuming that the Mail merge is done in Word using an
Excel List.

In Word choose, Tools, MailMerge, then select create
document (usually the active window) then select Get DAta.

Then in the Files of Type drill down anad choose Excel
Files. Select your file and you should be OK
