Importing Email to Outlook

How do I import my mail and address book. I tried the
Outlook import utility and it does not seem to work. The
mail and address files were saved using Outlook Express.
I am using Outlook which came with Office 2003 Pro.

After installing Outlook and configuring a mail profile, in Outlook Express
click File>Export>Address Book and File>Export>Messages. These will export
directly to Outlook.
