Is there a simple way to use Outlook to read or work with
email in mailboxes created in Eudora (ver. 4)? I had
heard mention of "exporting" or "importing" email folders,
but have not found commands for that in menus.

(Actually, I'd prefer to keep using Eudora but not at the
expense of buying it over again every year or being
barraged by ads.)

In Outlook, on the File menu, click on Import. Eudora will be one of the
choices to import from.

Click File>Import and Export>Import Internet Mail and Addresses>Next.
Eudora should be a choice there.

Thanks, <<<SgtRich>>>. I did find "Import from another
program or...", however Eudora is not specifically listed.
[Outlook 2000.] Is it one of the generic types such
as "comma separated," or what? And will it read more
mailboxes (folders) than just the Inbox?

I would be doing this with Outlook in XP Home if I am
successful in moving mailbox files to a new PC that does
mnot have ERudora.
