I reformatted a computer where windows 2000 professional was installed with
an IDE drive as system disk and a RAID 0 volume using an hardware RAID
controlled adaptec 2100s. After installing windows XP professiona i cannot
acces the RAID 0 volumes , which was a dynamic disk. It is marked as
external and if i try to import it i get an error.
What could i try??

thanks

thanks for answering but didn't help much.
My Raid is an hardware raid so the system is only seeing the controller.
Since win 2000 or win XP consider it as a single drive, i have just a 1
dynamic disk. SO unless i re-install win 2000, copy everything somewhere and
reformat the volume it seems i cannot import it into win XP.
