Importing dbase tables w/dates

I did the above and the dates are all wrong. DOB's of live people start at
1856.

Are there any functions or conversion methods to convert dBase dates to
Access 2007?

What do the dates look like in dBase?

Microsoft dates are special Doubles, with zero (0) being 12/30/1899. The
integer portion of the date is the day count and the decimal portion is the
time fraction of 24 hours (i.e. .25 is 6:00 AM).
