Importing data from a website??

I play a game called Earth 2025, an online web based game. I am trying to
create a spreadsheet to help me calcualte some values to help me out in the
game. Instead of always looking up the values in the game, is there anyway I
can have excel connect to the site and update the values from the site into
my spreadsheet? The site does not use XML, so I know that is out of the
question. Can I somehow copy the source code of the site into a spreadsheet?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

how this function works depends on your version of excel.
