Morning All,

I have a list of email addresses in excel in a column headed Email, I have
made that into a named list.

When I import these into MS Outlook, they come across, but the display as:
has the email address in brackets
EG ([email protected])

Then when I try and create a new msg from one of these addresses I get the
error msg. You must first enter a valid email address for outlook to send
your email. If I remove the brackets from the display as part the email
address works.

What do I have to import these emails from Excel??

Cheers,
Scott V

Try creating a few new contacts in a subfolder of your contacts and export
that to Excel - then compare the two files and massage yours accordingly.
