importing Calendar from Yahoo to Outlook 07?

I am trying to import my Calendar from Yahoo to Outlook 07. I have already
downloade the file to Excell and it will not let me open it. Says I might not
have access to it. Does anyone have experience with this?

So where did you save this downloaded file? To a folder to which you have
read/write permissions, or somewhere else?
(BTW, you can't "download to Excel" anything" - you can download a file and
then open it in Excel)

Quote the error message in FULL please...
