Importing and keeping tables

Hi there
I wish to be able to import from excel into a table. Now the dilema that i
am facing is that i receive a excel sheet from a company head office every
day, which contains primary key fields.
Now when they send this information, the primary key is still the same, but
the pricing in the other fields changes.
Is there a way where i can import the data from excel, where it only UPDATES
fields that either require to be updated, or REPLACE the fields that have
changed. I just find it hard to import it because i find that i have to
delete the records before i can update the others.

Help is needed!
