I've looked through all the User's guides and Help
options, and for the life of me can't find the answer!!!
Is there a way to import an address from MS Outlook
Contacts program (or Windows Address book) into a Word
document?(without having to cut and paste & not onto an
envelope, but into the body of a document). Thanks for the
help!

I would export the address book into Excel, then just
select all and copy into Word.
Go into your Contacts, click on Import & Export in the
file menu, chose export to a file, chose Excel.

Insert | Address. If this menu item is not available, add it using Tools |
Customize. Provided you have your Outlook Contacts list (you can't use the
Windows address book) selected as the default address book, this will open
it. See "WD2000: Which Address Books Can Be Used with Word? [KB 269111]" at
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=269111.
