I need to include a two page word file describing the use of a set of
spreadsheets in the workbook. I would like to set it up as a separate
worksheet. So far the only way to scroll through the document is to click
activating the document window and then scrolling. How can I create a tab or
two of foolproof Word instructions?

When a Word document is placed in another application as an OLE container, it's
limited in size to a single page. That's just the way it works.

You can copy in each page, separately, and position them one under the other.

Or, you can paste the text into a Text box. But only the text will come across,
in this case; you'd have to re-apply any formatting in Excel.
