This is the problem. I have a large database of contacts with address's,
e-mails, company name..ect, in rows. I have Named the column range according
to the data (address, e-mail, company..ect), like it states in help. I import
it from outlook, map the fields and then Outlook places each field into a new
contact.
I have also tried to name range the rows, but outlook says it has too many
ranges, and rejects it.
This is a large database, and wish to do this quickly and easy. I just want
all the contacts information in one contact, instead of each field in a new
contact.

If you don't get any good answers here, you may want to post in one of the
Outlook newsgroups.

Having the same problem. Have you been able to figure is out yet? Was using
Palm OS and it worked fine, Outlook not so friendly.
