Hi

I have a 70 page manual which has been created in
powerpoint. It has lots of screen shots, text and
drawings. I have managed to insert into word but would
like to format it using word functionality. It appears in
word as a slide in the middle of the page. I would like to
convert it into a word document manual. Do you know how
this can be done.

Many thanks

Hi Yvonne,

You'd have to go back to the original PPT file and copy/paste
the CONTENT of each page into Word.

The text part you should be able to get in one go from
Powerpoints OUTLINE view. But you'd have to bring across the
screen shots and drawings individually.
