I am running Office 2004 for Mac, and am trying to import a pdf that was
originally a owerpoint doc, then converted into a pdf. It was recently found
in some files stored on an older PC. The original document was probably
created in office 98 or X for Mac back in 2001.

What I am trying to do is use some of the info from the original document
(currently in pdf format) without having to reinvent the screens. Is there
any way to import a multi-page pdf and import it into a new Powerpoint
document so that it would become a Powerpoint presentation rather than a pdf?

Have been waiting for a response from MS for 2 days now with no luck. So
much for the 1 bus. day turnaround on support.

Thanks for the assistance,

ST

A PDF can be made into a .jpg in an image editor (ie. Photoshop) and then
imported as an image. If you are using the full version of Acrobat (not just
the Reader), you can open there and export or copy/paste content for use in
PPT. You can also check here for additional information/ideas:

No, but there are a couple of ways you can import *images* of each PDF page into
PPT:
