Import unable to access information

I'm getting the following error message from the import
wizard:

The wizard is unable to acess information in the file
<file name>. Please checj that the file exists and is in
the correct format.

Any idea what's going on. I was able to access the file
once before I started getting this message. I am running
the correct version of Accwiz.dll and all files are office
2002.

Thanks.
 
Figured out the problem. The VBA Project on the workbook
was locked. This had the effect of not allowing me to
access the file.
